Privacy Policy
We built Silver Hollow Way to need almost nothing from you. This page explains the little we do handle, and why most of it never leaves your own device.
Last updated: 12 June 2026
The short version
There are no accounts to create, no payments to make and no advertising trackers running in the background. The handful of things we store live in your browser, on your device, and exist only so the games work.
What we store in your browser
Using your browser's session storage, Silver Hollow Way keeps:
- shw_age_ok — a simple flag recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
- shw_cookie_ok — a flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice.
- shw_credits — your current virtual-credit balance, so it persists as you move between pages.
These values stay on your device. They are not personal profiles, they are not sold or shared, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting may record standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — for security and to keep the site running reliably. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles and are retained only as long as needed for those operational purposes.
No advertising or third-party tracking
We do not run advertising networks, behavioural trackers or fingerprinting scripts. We do not sell or rent data to anyone. Fonts are loaded to display the site correctly and for no other purpose.
Your rights
We aim to respect the Swiss revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Because we hold so little — and almost all of it sits on your own device — the simplest way to exercise control is to clear your browser storage. For any data-related question, contact privacy@silverhollowway.com.
Children
Silver Hollow Way is strictly for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
